Hangzhou Sanhe Food Co. Ltd and Hangzhou Sanhe USA Inc. by and through their legal representative jointly and officially declare that:

Hangzhou Sanhe Food Co. Ltd. and Hangzhou Sanhe USA Inc. have discontinued the distributorship of Ding Sheng Inc. and are no longer affiliated with Ding Sheng Inc. or any personnel involved with Ding Sheng Inc., including but not limited to Gary Zong and Julie Lin. Any business activity or presentation conducted by Ding Sheng Inc. or any personnel involved with Ding Sheng Inc., including but not limited to Gary Zong and Julie Lin, is unauthorized by and unrelated to Hangzhou Sanhe Food Co. Ltd. and Hangzhou Sanhe USA Inc. Hangzhou Sanhe Food Co. Ltd. And Hangzhou Sanhe USA Inc. does not and will not assume responsibility for any such activity or presentation.

Any company that uses the trademark or brand name of either Hangzhou Sanhe Food Co. Ltd. or Hangzhou Sanhe USA Inc. without the prior and express written consent of the two companies is in violation of their intellectual property rights. Hangzhou Sanhe Food Co. Ltd. and/or Hangzhou Sanhe USA Inc. will immediately pursue legal actions for such infringements and will hold the infringing company responsible for all financial or other losses resulting from such conduct
